SHOULD YOU RESTORE A CLASSIC CAR?

Classic cars have a timeless beauty, so it is no wonder that many people would love to restore a vintage. or antique car. Restoration is a labor of love, and there are some things to consider before you decide to take this project on.
Before you decide to restore a car, ask yourself some questions. Make sure you know what you want to do with the car. Do you want to drive it, or will you be entering it into shows and competitions? Determine the current condition of the car, as well as the rarity of the specific model. Lastly, figure out the budget you have to work on the car.
To enter shows, try to keep the original style and color of the vehicle, especially if it is a rare car. Cars with damage will require extensive work, and this can quickly become expensive. Check price guides for classic cars if you’re looking to resell to make sure you don’t overspend on restoration.
