Investing in an ACE future

Founded in 1994, the ACE mentor program is an organization dedicated to supporting high school students pursue careers in architecture, engineering, and construction. The mentor program seeks to develop a more diverse and well-prepared workforce from a diverse range of backgrounds. They provide mentorship, scholarships, and internships to students looking to get into these fields.
Walter Gefrom is a project manager and civil engineer with a deep seated passion for restoring classic cars. As an established professionals in the civil engineering field, he is an active supporter of a wide range of nonprofit organizations and advocacy efforts. He believes in investing in the next generation of architects, engineers, and construction workers.
ACE mentor program is an after school program aimed at high school students. More than 10,000 students participate in the program every year. 70% of students who have completed the program enter a skilled trades program or college with an industry related major.
